This off road Home stay situated just 18 KM away from Lake city of Nainital at Village Chopra, Jeolikote District Nainital. Organic Home Stay is a perfect nature’s get away in the midst of the lush green forest consisting of tall pine and oak trees, breathtaking sunrise views and panoramic views of Himlayan Mountains. 

Highlights of Organic Home Stay

 

Organic Home Stay is surrounded by owner’s orchard with numerous fruit trees including Peach, Plum, Pears, Kafal, Mango, Lichi, Guava, Oranges to name a few.  You can hike few hundred meters in the night to get wonderful view of Nainital immersed in lights. A clear sky during night will make you feel you are talking to millions of stars as they seem so nearby. During daytime, if you are lucky, you will witness smoking mountains as cloud engulf the surrounding and enter your room!. If possible, bring a good binocular with you as this place offers amazing opportunities for bird watching, star grazing and views of surrounding mountains. You can easily visit tourist places like Nainital, Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal, Sattal, Bhimtal, Khurpatal, Kainchi Dham by staying in organic home stay.

Wildlife and Nature near Organic Home Stay

The organic home stay in which Chopra village is situated is situated close to the forest adjacent to the Corbett National Park. Therefore, the movement of the tiger is seen in the dense forest here. Along with this, wildlife like leopard, bear, wild boar, wild chicken, deer, reindeer, rabbit are found in abundance. Elephant Movement is also seen the village.

 

Village Chopra has gained attention for some really good spotting of birds. Around 150 birds spotted here.  One can spend hours birding around the home stay area adding on to which there is a hide within the home stay itself which gets bird photographers all the more excited. 

Local Cuisine 

The kitchen at Organic Home Stay prepares dishes that are a combination of standard as well as Kumauni specialties- Therefore, using all the ingredients that are locally sourced, locally grown, and locally procured. We serve all veg and non-veg food. As ordered by guest. We have our own farm as well.

Trekking 

 

You can trek in the dense forest surrounding the home stay. A person from the home stay staff will accompany you during the trekking. But during this time your safety will be completely your responsibility.

If you have never done farming and want to introduce your kids to farming too, then Organic Home Stay is the right place for you. You can come here and learn about it at our farm and garden. Spending time with farming is a matter of great pleasure in itself. 

 

Yoga in Mountains 

You can also enjoy yoga by coming to the organic home stay under the guidance of our yoga trainers. But you have to pay for it.

Bonfire

Farm Fresh Food 

If you want to bring vegetables and fruits with your own hands, then we have our kitchen garden for this. Also the home stay staff will take you to the neighboring farmers' fields. From where you can pluck seasonal vegetables and fruits of your choice. and can enjoy them. 

 

 

Organic Special Thali 

We will provide you special organic food on order. For which you have to pay the price. This plate will contain pure food items grown in the villages of Uttarakhand. 

 

Farm Fresh Milk, chicken and Mutton 

Usually vegetarian food is prepared in organic home stay. But on your special order we can also provide you fresh eggs, chicken and local goat meat from our farm. Farm Fresh Milk is also available. Customer have pay for it.  

 

Water without any filter 

 People in big metros are troubled by drinking bottled water. That's why we give you water that comes directly from natural sources. 

 

Guest access 

Guests have access to the whole Home Stay including the terrace, seating arrangements will be provided for. Guests may have a gathering /party on the terrace with Bonefire (which is chargeable)

 

 

Accommodation

Organic Home Stay has two category of Rooms. In first floor of the home stay we have four rooms. Which alled Super Mountain View Category rooms. These rooms has beautiful mountain and forest view.The Second category of rooms are traditional Uttarakhandi family rooms with two double bed, Traditional washroom and traditional Almora stone flooring. Traditional Family rooms is located the ground floor of the property. Traditional Family rooms is the prefect option for the group and family. Every room has king size double bed, Very Comfortable bedding, Almira, Sofa, Table,Two chairs, heater and hot water kettle.

How to Reach Organic Home Stay

Kathgodam Railway Station is just 17 kilometers away from Organic Home Stay. Where trains come from big cities of the country. Whereas Pantnagar Airport is at a distance of 51 kilometers. Also you can come to Haldwani by bus. By reaching Kathgodam, Pantnagar or Haldwani, you can directly reach the home stay by taxi.
